[00:04.86]Amid growing optimism in negotiations over Iran's nuclear program,
[00:09.60]the American Secretary of State John Kerry and the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif are in talks in Geneva.

[00:18.79]John Kerry and his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif have only met face to face once before at the United Nations in September.
[00:27.54]The talks had gone well beyond pleasantries even than in what is described as positive.
[00:33.51]This time they are already discussing details of an agreement that would see Iran halt progress in its nuclear program.
[00:39.94]In return, it would get some sanctions relief, mostly in the form of access to much-needed cash from its frozen assets.
[00:47.82]Hopes are high for a breakthrough as foreign ministers converge in Geneva.
[00:52.81]But Mr. Kerry has cautioned that there is no deal yet.
[00:56.24]The talks will continue on Saturday.
[00:58.46]The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Israel utterly rejects the proposed nuclear agreement with Iran.
[01:05.70]He said the Iranians appeared to have got the deal, giving nothing in return for having sanctions eased.
