[00:03.53]Finance ministers from the 17 countries using the euro are making last-minute attempts in Brussels to prevent the collapse of the banking system in Cyprus.

[00:11.98]The European Central Bank has warned it would suspend emergency funding for Cypriot banks unless a new plan is agreed by Monday.
