Its time for a new year and a new you, but perhaps your heart is not in it this time around. Maybe youre jaded from too many failed New Years resolutions, or maybe youre just not feelingmotivated these days. Here are a few reasons why you may not be feeling it:

1. Its medical.

Check with your doctor to see if the reason for your lethargy is medically related. Perhaps youre depressed or low on iron there are plenty of medical conditions that can cause you to be too tired to be motivated, so try to figure out if a medical condition is the cause of it.
去找医生做个检查,看看你的死气沉沉是不是和医学因素有关。也许你是抑郁或者缺乏铁元素 有许多身体原因都可以让你过于疲惫从而缺乏动力,所以要看看这是否是身体原因导致的。

If your life is quite comfortable, you may lose motivation to push yourself to grow. Keep in mind that its always good to get out of your comfort zone, because thats the only way you can improve yourself. Do something youre hesitant about every week, and youll find yourself getting used to it or even looking forward to the challenge after some time. It can be something small like asking someone you just met out for lunch, or a bigger move like giving honest feedback to your boss.
