Various ways can help people to reduce stress. Some people try physical activities which prove to be a great way of getting rid of pressure. For others, sparing time for fun, such as reading humorous books or listening to beautiful music, also helps to derive away bad moods. Still, a good cry can be an effective and healthy way to bring relief to one s anxiety in a short time.
As far as I am concerned, when stress does occur, it is important to recognize it and deal with it rather than escaping from it. My usual way to decrease stress would be practicing yoga, which helps me relax and it is good in keeping a very peaceful mind. And, I strongly oppose the negative ways such as taking sleeping pills, drinking heavily or fighting.
