第二部分卡片题，考生要在规定时间尽量有条理的把话题说完。但是即使没有说完而被考官打断也不要担心，那只是考官对考试时间的拿捏，不会影响成绩。

　　第三部分考官问题中经常会出现一些很正式的词汇，要求考生在平时准备的时候多积累。而且在回答第三部分问题的时候语言尽量稍微正式一点，但要凭自己的能量力而行。

　　Where is your hometown and what do you like most about your home town?

　　What are the changes that your hometown has experienced during the past years?

　　Part II

　　Describe a person who you think is good at his/her work

　　You should say

　　what he/she does

　　whether you like him/her or not?

　　to what degree that he/she influences you

　　Part III

　　What do you think is the best way for a company to award an excellent employee?

　　What do you think are the shining points that elderly employees enjoy?

　　How to motivate employees incentives in your opinion?
