Everybody knows the importance of health, but not everybody knows how to keep fit correctly. In my opinion, only the healthy life style can help you to keep fit. You must be curious about what is healthy life style? I think it include there part: diet, sports and mood . For a healthy diet, I guess we cant eat too much fast food or fried food, vegetable and fruit may help you to keep fit. we all know that sports is important for our health, but most of us cant keep doing sports. Like me, I have a card of a fitness room, but I seldom go there, sometimes I am too busy, sometimes I am too lazy to go there. Anyhow, I am trying to do sports regularly. The last one is the mood. May be you will feel puzzled, why it is important? I guess you must know the depression makes you feel uncomfortable. For my point of view, only are we in the good mood can makes everything goes well. For example, if you feel angry about somebody, you may have no appetite to have you dinner. That is why I think mood is also very important.

An important historical people that I am familiar with are chairman Mao. He is the most important people in Chinese history. As the whole world knows that he lead our people to build up a new and independent society. He is a great militarist, it seems that he never lost any battle. But not everybody knows that he is also a great litterateur. I really love his works. he kept read books during his whole life. as a famous saying goes: never stop learning. I think he is the most important historical people in Chinese history. If any one want to get understand our Chinese peoples character, I guess he must have to read Chairman Maos work.
