　　There will be deaths waiting to happen if a driver had poor driving skills. Poor driving skills not only hurt others but also it is a vehicular homicide.

　　What advice would you give people about safe driving?

　　First, cell phones should be banned. Its the only way to get the dummies out of the dangerous situation. Second, pay attention to the traffic rules while driving. Finally, dont be distracted by conversations and never be drunk when you are driving.
