　　7. 老题新出。很多题目出现了老题新出，最典型的是In some countries, students pay their college or university fees, while in some others, government pays for them. Do you think the advantages that government pays the money outweigh the disadvantages? 这个题目在20070922和20110825都出过，最早的出题方式是指出大学学费有三种付法，让你比较各自的优缺点并选出最好的一种，今年的考题则变成了其中一种方法的优缺点。
