Michael Phelps helped U.S. team set a new short course world record in 3 minutes 20.71 seconds in the 4x100m medley relay at the "Duel In the Pool" event in Manchester of England on Friday. The previous record of 3:23.33 was set by Canada in August this year in Leeds.
Phelps was joined by Nick Thoman, Mark Gangloff and Nathan Adrian in the U.S. team.
