Portuguese rider Sergio Paulinho won Wednesday's 10th stage of the Tour de France while race leader Andy Schleck of Luxemburg managed to hold his yellow jersey.
Leading for a long part of the 179km ride from Chambery to Gap with other four cyclists, Paulinho from Team RadioShack and Belarusian Vasil Kiryienka broke away from the group with 13.5 kilometers to go.
Thanks to his strong sprint, Paulinho edged Kiryienka to win the stage while the Belarusian finished 2nd with the same time.

The overnight race leader Schleck stayed safely in the main pack and ended the stage with 14 minutes, 19 seconds behind winner Paulinho.
The other riders in the top ten of the overall standings all finished with the same time as Schleck, including his arch-rival defending champion Alberto Contador of Spain, who still remained 41 seconds behind Schleck.
