体坛英语资讯：Serena Williams to back to tennis court next week

American Serena Williams will back to the tennis court next week in Linz, Austria after being sidelined by a cut on her foot since July.

Organizers said the Wimbledon and Australian Open champion confirmed her entry on Thursday.

Williams lost her No. 1 ranking to Denmark's Caroline Wozniacki when the rankings are to be released on Monday.

Williams who underwent surgery after cutting her right foot on broken glass at a restaurant, returned to practice in September but withdraw from the Pan Pacific Open in Tokyo and this week's China Open in Beijing.
