The reason for the house shortage could be various First of all , the newly built factories, shops , and hotels have occupied too much of living space within the city. Secondly , as many people rush into cities to seek their fortune. Thirdly , though many big houses have been already completed , most citizens could not afford the price.

　　According to the above mentioned facts, I think that measures should be taken in order to solve the housing problem. For example , to control the population of cities, to move factories out of the urban areas and build more low-price houses for the ordinary families.
