Dear Sir / Madame,

　　We have heard that you’re going to build a chemical factory near our neighborhood. Most residents in our community, including me, are against the construction of it. Although the factory will make a lot of money for our city, we still believe it will do more harm than good. The drinking water and the green plants of our community will be severely polluted. The air over our city will also be polluted. Who would like to live in such a place where there is no clean water to drink, no fresh air to breathe? As I have shown, it is not wise to build such a place near our neighborhood. I hope the chemical factory will reconsider the plan and stop building the factory in our community.
