　　Without good health, you cannot focus all your attention on your work. As a student, I used to work hard. I devoted all my time to my daily lessons and didn’t join in any outdoor activities. I ended up getting sick and had to stay in bed for two weeks. Because of my poor health, I fell behind in my studies!

　　From this experience, I have learned that good health is important to people who want to be a successful person.

　　Now I spend fifteen minutes exercising early in the morning. I breathe fresh air and build up my body. I now know that of course we should work hard at our lessons, but we should also pay attention to our health at the same time.
