　　1. Pair work

　　T: Pausanias asks so many questions, so how does Lily answer his questions? Now listen to the tape carefully, and try to find out the answers. Then do it in Pairs. One asks the question, and the other answers it. Are you clear?

　　A: How often do you hold your Games?

　　B: We hold our Games every four years.

　　T: Well-done! Now, pay attention to the phrases in red. Every four years means “每四年”. We have a P.E. lesson every three days.

　　T: S1, could you tell me how often do you wash your hair?

　　S1: I wash my hair every two days.

　　T: That is to say, you wash your hair every other day. Every two days means every other day. Have you got it? （重点知识点的讲解，采用的是真实的情境：询问学生多久洗一次头。训练学生的口头交际能力，并在交际过程中掌握知识点。）
