　　尽管刚做成的时候它看上去并不是很漂亮，可我还是很喜欢它。

　　though conj.虽然；尽管　adv.（一般放在句尾）然而，还是

　　Though he is rich，his life is not so happy.

　　他虽然很有钱，但生活并不幸福。

　　It was a hard job，he took it happily though.

　　这是份苦差事，可他还是愉快地接受了。

　　用法拓展1）引导让步状语从句的从属连词主要有 although，though，however（＝no matter how），even if/though（即使），whether...or（不论……还是）等连词。

　　注：表示“虽然”的 though，although 不可与 but 连用，但可与 yet，still 连用。

　　The speech is good，though it could be better.

　　这次演讲不错，虽然还可以再好一点。

　　2）as 也可引导让步状语从句，但要将从句中作表语的名词、形容词或作状语的副词等提到 as 前，若提前的是单数可数名词，要省略 a/an。

　　Teacher as he is，he can't know everything.虽然是老师，他也不可能什么都懂。

　　3）连词 while也可表示“尽管，虽然”，引导让步状语从句，但一般要将从句置于主句前面。

　　While we have a disagreement，we remain friends.

　　尽管我们意见不同，但我们还是朋友。
