　　M: Hi, Judy, you look so fit now. How does it happen?

　　W: Oh, I’m on a health club. I do exercise there twice a week.

　　M: I’ve been thinking about joining a health club too. ⑧My doctor has been encouraging me to get more exercise. Which club do you belong to?

　　W: It’s called the Metro Health Club. I’ve only been going since November last year, ⑨but I’ve already noticed a big improvement. I feel like a new person.

　　W: They have a gym with exercise equipment and an indoor pool. I usually start by working out about 20 minutes. Then I take a swim. After exercising, the water feels great.
