5．主谓一致的易错点

　　【错混透析】A　考查主谓一致。“分数、百分数、the majority of/the minority of＋名词”等作主语时，谓语的单复数形式取决于其后面名词的单复数形式。该题中country为不可数名词，指“国土”，所以第一个空用is；citizens为复数，指“公民”，所以第二个空用are。

　　【解题指导】遇到考查主谓一致的题目，关键是分清哪部分是真正的主语，然后根据主谓一致的三个原则作出判断。
