How to Prevent Subhealth
Nowadays,the number of people who are suffering from subhealth is greatly increasing.The person who is subhealthy is always sleepless and often has headaches and tires easily.Indeed,subhealth can result in both physical and mental diseases.
What causes subhealth?Strong pressure,lack of sleep and unbalanced diets are its main causes.But how can we prevent subhealth?
First of all,we should have enough sleep to ensure that we can regain energy and physical strength.Secondly,we should have a balanced and regular diet in order to avoid the diseases caused by malnutrition or overnutrition.Thirdly,we should regularly do some exercise to keep healthy.What’s more,we should have an optimistic attitude towards everything.
