　　他是一个能干的人，但是另一方面，他对人要求太多了。

　　汤姆聪明，可他是个懒学生，因此他成绩不好。

　　on the other hand/on the contrary

　　on the other hand 表示“另一方面”，说明同一件事的两个方面，并不表示相反的对立面。多用以引出相互矛盾的观点、意见等。

　　on the contrary 表示“相反的”，用于对比指出与前面事情截然相反的方面。

　　—I'm sure you like your new job.——我相信你喜欢你的新工作。
