　　To be frank，almost eight students out of ten in my class have to wear glasses in order to live a normal school life，including me. As far as I'm concerned，many factors contribute to this phenomenon. 　　In this case，I strongly recommend that you should not use your computer for that long a time any more and that you should change your habit of reading in bed.
