　　about Christmas on TV or in newspapers give us an atmosphere (气氛) of festival.People，especially the youngster，wait eagerly for the coming of Christmas.Some of them are busy sending messages of Christmas best wishes to their friends.

　　I get quite surprised about the popularity of Christmas in China.Why do Chinese people celebrate it even when they do not know its origins? I can’ t get reasonable answers from any of my friends.Some of them think they just take the chance to enjoy themselves regardless of the meanings of the festival.

　　Compared to this situation is that some Chinese traditional festivals are less attractive to youngsters in China nowadays.Tomb-sweeping Day，Dragon Boat Festival，Mid-autumn Festival and so on meet with wide coldness in China even though they represent Chinese cultures and have a long history.Is it possible that western festivals will replace Chinese traditional ones in future?
