Sometimes, pets can be close friends to their owners when they feel lonely, and they can even offer help when their owners are in trouble.     However, there are some animals abused by their owners. They are given little food and care when their owners do not like them. Worse still, when they are ill, their owners may leave them in the wild, which may kill them.      In fact, pets love their owners very much. They should be protected and loved by their owners. In my opinion, laws should be passed to protect pets. Anyone who abuses pets should be punished by law. Only in this way can pets live peacefully and harmoniously with human beings in the same world.
