　　I think we should offer music lessons. People who don’t know music are lacking in knowledge because music is an important part of it.

　　Music not only helps us gain knowledge, but it can regulate our learning pace and relax the pressure of spirit. Music can help to cultivate students’ personality. At the same time our skills and mental development can be greatly promoted. According to a new study, learning music can help develop the children’s general memory skills. The art of music is very important to our creativity and it can save a nation’s culture.

　　In my opinion, music lessons should be offered in middle schools because music plays an important part in our daily lives. Firstly, music education not only enriches our knowledge, but also regulates our learning pace and reduces our pressure. Secondly, music education helps to cultivate our minds by equipping us with more skills, which can promote our intellectual development. For example, a new study shows that learning music can help improve children’s general memory skills. Finally, learning music also helps develop our creativity.

　　In short, I think music is very important for us and it can make our lives more colorful and interesting. As a matter of fact, most middle school students enjoy music very much.
