　　The Internet has opened up a whole new world for us to meet online and talk about our hobbies,thoughts,and beliefs.However,there are some rules to observe while we are addressing others online.

　　Now that you have selected your name and are ready to chat,there are some proper greetings you should know in order to start a conversation.　2　If this fails to catch anyone’s attention,you should attempt to address a particular member with a question.The person you are addressing will usually respond,thus starting your chat.While chatting,always make sure you do not type in capital letters.Although it may attract attention,it is hard to read. 

　　Many people in chat rooms tend to offend you if you let your guard down.In fact,someone enter the chat room just to annoy others in this way.While your instinct is to fight back in the same manner,try to avoid doing so.　3　 Remember to respect the beliefs and opinions of others in the chat room.At the same time,if you find you are wrong,be sure to correct yourself and apologize to those who you have offended immediately.
