　　Various reasons might account for pedestrians to run traffic lights.Some people believe it is not against traffic laws and won’t be fined because so many people do it together.Others may argue that traffic lights are not arranged scientifically，so that they have to wait too long before they can cross the road.

　　In my opinion，the jaywalkers should be severely punished.Most important of all，people should be educated to obey laws from childhood.Start out small and develop a good sense and habit of observing laws.Only by improving people’s safety and law awareness can we create a harmonious society.
