　　A. that

　　B. when

　　C. which

　　D. what

　　答：B．应分清强调和非强调句。此题为非蛋调句，it指时间，when引导的是时间状语从句，意为：我们学校成立的时候是1948年吗?若译成Was it in 1948 that our school was set up? 则是强调句。
