　　引导词在从句中做主语时，从句谓语动词应与先行词，即所修饰的名词或代词一致

　　Those who break the law are to be punished.

　　比较：He is one of the students who __were_ late for school.

　　He is the only one of the students who __was___late for school.

　　VIII)、非限制性定语从句与并列句及其它修饰语的异同

　　若两个分句没有其它任何连接词，而由“，”相连接时，一般把后一个分句看作非限制性定语从句
