I used to go to the gym three times a week，but I don't work out any more.过去我常常一星期去健身房三次，但我现在不再锻炼了。 used to do过去经常做某事，表示过去经常发生的动作，行为或状态，现在已不再发生或存在。该句型既可用助动词did构成否定句和疑问句，也可以把used当作助动词变换。 She used not to drive to work.＝She didn't use to drive to work.她过去不开车上班。
