The head coach of the Men National Junior Basketball team, Fan Bin was removed from his position because he was criticized of not managing his team well by behaving rude to his team players during their trainings.

　　From my point of view, although the strict training given by coach Fan Bin has contributed a lot to the progress of the Men National Junior Basketball team, Fan's verbal insult and physical punishment have brought great negative effect on his players' growing up.

　　According to me, strict education serves as an effective way to help teenagers grow up as long as teenagers are respected during the process. The strict education carried out by ‘Tiger Mum’ to her two daughters is a typical example.

　　Although her two little girls seldom have the chance of enjoying a free weekend as they have to attend various classes like piano lesson or language course, both of them have received offers from the most famous universities in the world.
