We have figured out many ways to deal with anger. Firstly, you should identity the real cause of your anger. Then you will be aware of whether the cause deserves you to get angry.Secondly, you may make selfcomfort when you are in trouble. Thirdly, you should talk to others and take advice from others. As far as I'm concerned, I will try to control my temper and not let my temper do any harm.
