Help at a hospital

　　Do you have an interest in the medical profession? Help a hospital in Overland Park, KS by becoming a nursing unit volunteer. Duties include delivering flowers and water to patients, assisting nursing staff with light clerical work, and other duties as needed. Volunteers must be strong and caring individuals. Various training is provided after the work starts. Flexible schedules are available.

　　The Guide Program at the Lindsay Wildlife Museum

　　Lindsay Wildlife Museum's Guide Program aims at developing a sense of volunteerism and social responsibility in young people. Every weekend, the program lets students of all cultural and economic backgrounds experience the exciting museum programs, and also lets them introduce wild animals to visitors , and help in exhibits that encourage taking care of the natural world.

　　12 and 15 who are flexible , self-motivated and open to learning new ideas are needed. ④There is a written application and a

　　Readers to kidsReading to Kids is an organization dedicated to getting children from poor families to love reading, thereby making their lives better and giving them a better chance for the success in the future .Volunteers need to read aloud to children and talk with them about favorite books , career paths , and upcoming holidays . Sometimes , volunteers and children make crafts together.
