　　●易混辨析

　　(1)the number of与a number of

　　同：两者均修饰可数名词复数。

　　异：a number of是指“大量的”，后面的谓语动词是复数形式。

　　A number of our classmates love English.

　　我们班很多同学喜欢英语。

　　the number of是指“……的数量”，后面的谓语动词是单数形式。

　　The number of students in my class is 56.

　　我们班有56名同学。
