　　墨西哥位于美国的南面。

　　解析：选B。当方位词位于句首时，要使用倒装，且方位词前不使用冠词。

　　解析：选B。地点状语位于句首时，句子用完全倒装，stand一般表示高大的东西，而此处说的是lakes，故用lie。
