　　Nowadays DIY is very popular．For my part,

　　not only can DIY give us confidence and independence by emphasizing our abilities in doing something special but also it can make us lower our living cost．Besides you can enjoy “do-it-yourself” in your daily life if you have time．

　　I am a student and my parents never let me do anything．But on Mother’s day, I wanted to make my mother surprised．I cooked the meal and washed my clothes though I did them clumsily．I felt happy at my parent’s praise, so I decided I would do all by myself from now on．It’s very important for me to do my own work by myself and I am sure that it will benefit me a lot to do-it-yourself in my life．

　　Just as an English proverb says “God helps those who help themselves”, let’s do it ourselves from now on to make us perform better in the future．
