　　I like this saying because it stresses the importance of persistence and effort. A lot of people have great ambitions and are eager for success. However, many give up halfway because they lack persistence. Actually, if we keep on trying and don't give up easily, we can achieve our goals in the end.

　　Take English writer J．K. Rowling for example. J. K. Rowling had been refused many times before her manuscripts of the Harry Potter books were accepted by publishers. However, she didn't lose heart and went on with her writing. It was her persistence and effort that led to her success as a popular writer.
