Dear fellow students,
We are to hold a farewell party for our foreign friends Olson and his fellows. With the end of this term drawing near, they’ll go back home. They bring us a lot of fun and good memories during their stay here, so a farewell party is really necessary. The party will be held at 7:00 p.m. on the evening of May 31st in the lecture hall of our school. Some preparations should be made ahead of time. We are now collecting ideas about the party from teachers and students who are interested in it. We have prepared some programs like singing, dancing, exchanging gifts and so on. But if you have any other good ideas, please let us know.
Those who are to take part can prepare a gift or a performance ahead, and we’ll invite some of you to come onto the stage to communicate with our friends face to face. So do make sure you can speak fluent English!
