Some people are in favor of the performances.First，they believe the performances make the students get more interested in the sports meeting and take an active part in it.Second，they demonstrate the creativity of the students.What’s more，they enrich the school life.

　　Some people are against them for the following three reasons.First，some performances are not serious enough or even not related to the sports meeting.Second，the rehearsals of the performances take up too much of the students’ spare time that might otherwise be used for study.Last but not least，the preparations of some performances cost too much.

　　In my opinion，such performances are worth it as long as they can raise students’ awareness of caring about their health and inspire them to do more physical exercise.
