Zhang Ming,a temporary worker was on his way to work one afternoon,when he discovered a woman lying on the ground bleeding heavily.Immediately Zhang Ming put his hands on a number of bandages and tape,and treated the most severe injuries to her hands.He slowed the bleeding by applying pressure to the wounds until the police and ambulance arrived.  There is no doubt that it was Zhang Ming’s quick thinking and knowledge of first aid that saved the woman’s life.It shows that a knowledge of first aid can make a vital difference.
