11 Neither Amy nor Helen is English.Amy和Helen都不是英国人。

　　neither...nor...既不……也不……，常用来连接两个平行结构。若连接两个主语时，其谓语动词应与最近的一个主语在人称和数上保持一致，即“就近原则”。

　　有类似用法的还有：either...or...，not only...but also...，not...but...，...or...，there be句型等。
