　　[特别提醒]

　　(1)表示具体靠近或走近某人或某事物时，可直接用作及物动词，不要按汉语意思在其后加介词to，near等。

　　(2)作“方法；通路”解时，其后接介词to。

　　(1)The brown bear approached the family in order to start an attack.

　　棕熊接近这一家人以便袭击他们。

　　(2)We have a very communicative approach to teaching languages.

　　我们在语言教学中非常强调交际教学法。

　　(1)随着假日的临近，他的精神振奋起来。

　　His spirits rose at the approach of the holidays.

　　(2)同义句改写

　　①With the time for graduation approaching，we are busy with our papers.

　　a.With the time for graduation just around/round the corner，we are busy with our papers.(用corner短语改写)

　　b.As the time for graduation is approaching/drawing near，we are busy with our papers. (用as引导的时间状语从句改写)
