　　The saying “Planning is good，but doing is better” means that doing things is better than just making a plan. If we just make a plan and don’t carry it out, we can’t make it in the end.

　　My experience to lose weight can prove it. Last year I wanted to lose weight, and I made a wonderful plan. I decided to exercise for about an hour every morning and meanwhile, I also went on a diet.However, it was just a plan, and because I was lazy I didn’t put it into practice. You can guess the result—I failed to lose weight.
