People are paying more attention to healthy eating. A healthy diet includes the food which contains a lot of fruit and vegetables. It is especially important for us teenagers to develop healthy eating habits in the long term.
Many people do a lot of sports to burn up more calories so that they can keep fit. As a matter of fact, sports help improve our ability of balance and develop our cooperation awareness as well as getting into shape.
In addition, it is widely believed that enough fresh air and a good state of mind contribute to good health.
