　　W: What kind of food is your favorite?

　　M: I’m so glad that you asked me that question! I’m a real “foodie”. One time, I even went on a vacation to Italy just to eatI would love to travel all over the world and just try everything. But anyway, I’m getting off topic. Though it is a very hard choice, I would have to say that Indian food is probably at the top of my list, although classic American food comes in a close second.

　　W: Classic American food? What do you mean by that?

　　M: You know, like fried chicken and hamburgers. I’m from the south of the United States, and we have a lot of special foods that I think are just great. Nothing is better than a plate of fried chicken livers with greens and potatoes. And don’t even get me started on the desserts. The American south has the best desserts anywhere in the world.
