　　M: It is a lovely day, isn't it?

　　W: Yes. Nice and sunny.

　　M: It's much better than last week. It was so hot and wet.

　　W: Yes. This is just wonderful. I kept wishing it would become cool and autumn would be here a little earlier this year.

　　M: I wonder what it is going to be like tomorrow.

　　W: I didn't hear the weather report on the radio.

　　M: By the way, this afternoon we'll have to go to the farm.

　　W: Right. We'd better ride bicycles there on such a day.

　　W: Hello, my name is Jane and I'd like to ask a few questions about getting fit.

　　M: Well, you've come to the right place. How often can you work out?

　　W: Twice or three times a week would be good.

　　M: Why don't we start with a physical exercise class twice a week followed by a little weightlifting?

　　W: Sounds fine to me.

　　M: You'll need to start slowly, and build up gradually to three or four times a week.

　　W: I can't wait to get started. Thanks for your advice.

　　W: Yeah.

　　M: Maybe we should go to bed soon. It's almost midnight now. We should be up by 7：00.
