D. Writers’ Bar

　　Established in 1896, the Bar houses two original writing tables from the turn of the century. Three meals a day are served from Sundays to Saturdays and it's the best choice for writers who stay at the hotel to write.

　　Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

　　Lunch: Daily ? 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

　　Supper: 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.

　　E. Doc Cheng’s Bar

　　This internationally acclaimed, award-winning themed restaurant features Western cuisine created I with an Asian twist, using the region’s cooking techniques, spices and cooking materials.

　　Lunch: Monday to Friday - 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m.

　　Dinner: Daily - 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

　　Cocktails: Monday to Friday - 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m.

　　F. Raffles Courtyard

　　Built in the tropical setting of an open courtyard, Raffles Courtyard with psalms keeps the feeling of “Old Singapore" alive. A colonial cocktail bar, a traditional alfresco(露天的) kitchen and live music make the courtyard a pleasant place for customers.

　　Dinner: Sunday to Friday - 6:30 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.

　　Local Snacks: Daily - 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
