　　[句式分析]　It is time that... 该是干什么的时候了，从句要用过去时或should do...(其中should不能省略)。

　　(1)It's time that...有时也可以变式为：It's high time that...或It's about time that....

　　(2)It is time for sb. to do sth. 到了某人该做某事的时间了。

　　(3)It is/was the first/second time that＋现在完成时/过去完成时。

　　①I think that it is (high) time that you made up your mind to study.

　　我认为到了你下决心学习的时候了。

　　②It is the first time that I have_visited the Bird's Nest.

　　这是我第一次参观鸟巢。
