　　Firstly, arrive early. Showing up early can calm yourself down and make you feel more at ease. Secondly, talk to members of the audience. It will make you see that the audience are ordinary and friendly people and you’ll get more comfortable. Last but not least, slow down. Most public speakers may be speaking fast because they’re nervous and want to finish the speech or presentation sooner, but this will actually make it harder.
