agree to中的to也可视为动词不定式符号，后接动词原形，表示“答应、愿意”的意思。如：

　　I agree to help you with the work．我愿意帮助你做这工作。

　　He agrees to come on Friday．他答应星期五来。

　　C. agree on通常表示“（两人以上）就……取得一致意见、在……方面意见一致”，其主 语大都为复数形式，宾语也只能是“事项”名词，而不可用表示“人”的名词或代词。该短语也可转换为agree in doing sth。如：

　　They agree on it．（＝They agree in doing it．）他们对（做）此事达成共识。

　　点拨：词义辨析，注意句意。

　　The Board Meeting had come to an end. Bob started to stand up and knocked into the table, spilling his coffee over his notes. “How embarrassing! I am getting so clumsy in my old age.”
