　　As we all know, there is a lack of running water in some African countries. Many voluntary engineers contribute money to them and teach them how to acquire the means of carrying water by bamboo. They have no alternative but to do so because they are lacking in money. They are also reminded to pay special attention to the bamboo and stop them from being destroyed by others. These engineers think it is worthwhile and it will certainly make a difference.
